I appreciate the fact that a live person answered the phone when I called instead of an answering machine. Travion (I hope I spelled it correctly) who answered my call was very helpful and accommodating. My garage door would not close so I needed a repairman to come ASAP to fix the problem. These parts were old and destroyed because of age, normal wear and tear on door that gets used daily. Recommend tuneup once a year to keep door working and safe. Open is locked up and extremely old. Needs new opener also. Gave verbal estimate for new opener to tenant.
